Sales tax: How does Hotdandy Wholesale handle sales tax on orders?
State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where their business resides. HotDandy Wholesale is located in Butler County, State of Ohio - USA. We are required to charge applicable sales tax for Bulter County Ohio which is 6.25%. If you are a Business in Ohio, we will need a copy of your sales tax vendor license on file for your member account and we'll process your orders tax exempt.
International Orders: Can people outside of the United States order and receive shipments from Hotdandy Wholesale?
We only ship orders from within the lower 48 states - USA. Please contact us if you reside outside of the US and would like to use our services for marketing within the US.
Shipping and Handling: How long will it take my items to be delivered to me or my customers? Can I track my order?
Hotdandy Wholesale will process your orders immediately upon payment completion, generally within 5 minutes. An overall broad range of UPS shipping delivery times are between 2-12 business days from the time of purchase and processing. The average range for the majority of all of our customer UPS order delivery times are between 4-7 business days. Several factors effect the shipping times, for instance: the shipping type of option selected (UPS ground, 3 day select), the shipping delivery address location, or incorrect shipping address information. You can track your order shipments through your account or send a Support request for a tracking # if needed.
I'm not a Wholesaler, I don't have a Vendor license, and/or I don't own a business... Can I still purchase items for Hotdandy Wholesale? Is there an extra cost involved or a monthly membership fee?
Yes you can purchase items without being a business. We offer our items for anyone too purchase - we're what you'd refer to as a true wholesale to the public supplier. There are no extra fees to purchase or monthly costs required either - your membership account is absolutley free.
Does Hotdandy Wholesale have discounts if I need to purchase in large quantities?
Yes. We offer Case Packs and Bulk Lot quantity discounts for the majority of our inventory, the item quantity in the case or bulk is displayed in the item name and description field as well as on the item detail page. Also, please contact us for larger custom orders for further discounts on items and affordable freight carrier shipping options.
Do you only accept online orders? What if I need to place my order by phone?
Yes we accept phone orders for special circumstances. If you need assistance placing your order directly by phone just call us. Please be aware that we'll do our best to call you back as soon as possible, but sometimes there are busy periods during business hours and it could take a few hours for a return call.
Is there a minimum order dollar amount? Are the prices online already priced at wholesale or do I need to register first?
No, there is not a minimum order required. Yes all of our items are priced at wholesale as seen without creating your free membership account.
Does Hotdandy Wholesale offer Dropshipping, and how does it work?
Yes, we offer drop shipping and there is no additional cost for our service.
It's simple to start drop shipping with us. Start by registering for your free membership account. Then choose some items to offer on your website, when you sell an item just enter your billing information in the 'Invoice Fields', then enter your customers shipping information in the 'Delivery Address' fields during checkout. I don't have a website to sell from yet, do you offer a website shopping cart system, or a turn-key website package with your items already populated?
Yes we do offer customized shopping cart systems and pre-built turn-key websites for reselling. Each system we setup is customized for your needs, your branding, your budget, and you'll own it. We also don't co-brand or host the site under our URL using a subdomain - it's completely your website and you have full control to use it however you wish. As always our services are completely white label or anonymous - which is extremely important if you're going to start any professional online store. We're very reasonable too compared with other shopping cart development services. Is the Credit Card payment and processing secure on the Hotdandy Wholesale website?
Yes absolutely. We primarily chose to use PayPal for payment servcies because they have the most secure solution in our opinion, and after researching numerous solutions. One feature we like with PayPal is not being required to store our customers credit card information on our servers, so your credit card information is only stored with PayPal under your accout with them. Even if you don't have a PayPal account it's not a problem - you can simply pay for your order through PayPals secure system using any major credit card or bank debit card.
I've never heard of Hotdandy Wholesale, how long have you been in business, are you located in the US, can I reach you people by phone?
Hotdandy Wholesale has been around online since 2001 and is a DBA of TMO Enteprises Incorporated. An Ohio based corporation that is family owned, operated, privately held and holds numerous website properties. We're located in Hamilton Ohio USA or Northern Cincinnati, and you can reach us people by phone too - just about anytime of day.
Do you sell customer information to marketing companies like some other free online services do?
Absolutely not and we never will, period. We take great lengths to protect your information and ensure your privacy. Hotdandy Wholesale will only use your information to contact you if needed for direct active business you have through the Hotdandy Wholesale website.
