How do I get started with selling and drop shipping general merchandise with HotDandy Wholesale?
It's simple, just create your free membership account, choose a few items for your store and download the items information and any images you'll need, then when you sell an item on every order placed you'll need to fill in 2 form fields to get the order processed and delivered to your customer.
Just two ordering field forms to remember: The 'Invoice Address' fields, and the 'Delivery Address' fields
- Enter your information into the Invoice address field (on the left), because you are the selling agent (the seller) for the drop shipped order.
- Enter your customers address information into the Delivery Address field, because they're receiving this item order from you - your business.
- Enter all other pertinent information which is required (any fields with an *asterick), there are also instructions provided throughout the process for you.
- Once the information has been completed, you'll be automatically directed to the PayPal payment gateway to finish the order.

Advanced drop shipping questions
How will I know HotDandy.com has enough item(s) in stock to fulfill my drop shipping orders if I'm use an online auction or have a promotion running over several days or weeks?
We update our inventory levels daily, post the item stock quantity on every item, and as customers orders are successfully processed the stock levels are adjusted automatically. We also block item orders if we're out of stock or provide you with a notification message for low stock levels per item. If you are concerned about an item availability during an online auction or over a certain period of time, you can subscribe via RSS feed for our real-time stock inventory levels or contact us about a direct-integrated solution for your website.
If I drop ship an item which happens to be out of stock, will I receive a refund right away? Or will you place the item(s) to be backordered when its restocked like some drop shipping companies do?
Yes of course we'll refund your full purchase amount immediately without any delay - in the very rare case that this could ever happen. We automatically block/disallow ordering any out of stock items through our shopping cart system. It's unfortunate that some drop shipping companies have this policy and we think that's completely ridiculous. We don't and never will hold your finances or simply backorder out of stock items, period.
